Design & Support
Next-generation CCTV and security systems design
We help design standalone security systems and the networks underneath them — then integrate the platforms you already run into one harmonised system. CCTV, BMS, intruder alarm, perimeter detection, door access and the copper that carries them, treated as a single design.
01
A standalone security system, mapped properly
Most sites accumulate cameras, alarms, access and BMS as separate jobs. Hyperspan maps them as one security system — from device schedule to copper pathway to the operator’s screen.
CCTV & ANPR
Camera placement, recording, analytics and long-run PoE — including Hyperspan VX™ hardware on XR™ or Core™ copper.
BMS
Building management points mapped into the same estate picture as video, access and alarms.
Intruder alarm
Detection zones and alarm panels treated as part of one security design, not a separate leftover system.
Perimeter detection
Fence lines, yards, gates and approaches designed with the camera and copper plan, not after it.
Door access
Controllers, readers and door furniture scheduled against power, reach and the same network as the cameras.
Related security systems
Intercom, gates, lighting control, fire interfaces and other site systems brought onto the same map where they belong.
02
How we design the network
Next-generation CCTV is not only camera choice. It is reach, power, recording, analytics and how the rest of the security stack joins the same estate. We design that network with you — then specify the products that make it installable.
- 1
Survey what you have
Existing cameras, panels, BMS, access, cabling and control rooms — including third-party systems you intend to keep.
- 2
Map a standalone security system
One coordinated design covering CCTV, BMS, intruder, perimeter, door access and the copper that carries them.
- 3
Specify hardware and pathway
VX™ cameras and NVR where they fit, XR™ for long PoE runs, Core™ for conventional horizontal — SKUs the installer can buy.
- 4
Harmonise through APIs
Where platforms do not already talk, we build the integrations so operators work in one system, not five consoles.

03
Comprehensive partner integration service
For any system you currently have, we can build the APIs that bring it into one single, harmonised, holistic system — so security, building and operations teams are not switching between disconnected consoles.
- Works with the security, BMS and access platforms you already have — not a rip-and-replace mandate
- API design and build to join CCTV, alarm, access, BMS and related systems into one operational picture
- One partner engagement covering copper, cameras, recording and the integration layer
- Suitable for new standalone estates and for sites that have grown a patchwork of vendors
- Available through the Hyperspan Solutions Partner programme for integrators, consultants and designers
Partner service
One system, not a stack of leftovers
Keep the platforms that still serve the site. We design the joins — events, alarms, video, access and building points — so they report and operate together. This sits inside the Solutions Partner programme for integrators and consultants who want manufacturer-backed design and integration, not a catalogue only.

04
Secure AI networks for security infrastructure
Hyperspan is at the forefront of designing next-generation secure AI networks around security infrastructure. That means the copper, the cameras, the recorder and the integration layer are planned together — so analytics, human/vehicle detection and operator workflows sit on a network that can actually reach the device and stay supportable.
VX™ AI box cameras and the 36-channel AI NVR bring detection to the edge. XR™ extended-reach copper keeps more of those devices on a direct PoE run. The partner API service joins that video estate to BMS, access and alarm so the AI is not trapped in a single-vendor silo.
AI at the edge
Human, vehicle and intrusion analytics on VX cameras and NVR — specified as part of the design, not bolted on later.
Network that reaches
Longer copper channels for perimeter and yard devices, with fewer mid-span cabinets in the way of the analytics path.
One operational picture
Video events correlated with access, alarm and building points through the integration layer.
Designed to be handed over
A mapped system an installer can build and an operator can run — with SKUs, pathways and interfaces documented.
05
What you can send us
Site & systems
Camera count, existing NVR/VMS, alarm, access and BMS brands you need to keep.
Layout
Plans, fence lines, doors, control rooms and the longest runs you already know about.
Constraints
What must stay live, what can be replaced, and who operates the finished system.
You receive
A mapped security design, SKU direction, and an integration path into one system.
Start a security design
Share the estate, the systems you already run and what “one system” needs to look like for your operators. We will tell you where VX™, XR™ and a partner integration belong — and where they do not.
