Hyperspan Bespoke Manufacturing

Custom-made, from your specification

Bring us a requirement that the standard catalogue does not cover. Hyperspan can assess bespoke ICT hardware, electronics and assemblies, with design, manufacture, testing and production requirements agreed around your specification.

01

Off the shelf, or made for the requirement

Hyperspan Bespoke™ is for the item the catalogue does not already cover. You keep one manufacturer for standard products and for hardware we design from your specification.

Already in the catalogue

XR™ copper, Core™, rack, power, fibre and HyperScan™ cameras are specified and supplied as standard products. Start there when the item already exists.

Not in the portfolio

A security camera, a power or cabinet variant, an electronic assembly, or another piece of IT infrastructure. Send the requirement and we treat it as a bespoke build.

02

Design, build and certify

We specialise in bespoke solutions. A clear specification is turned into a manufacturer design pack, then built as one item or taken into production for that customer. Turnaround is agreed once we have seen the specification, so a defined requirement can move quickly.

  1. 1

    You send the specification

A drawing, a written specification, or a clear description of the hardware, including the environment it has to work in.

  2. 2

We write the design for manufacture

Product designers turn that requirement into a design specification our manufacturer can build from.

  3. 3

One unit, or a production run

The same design can stay as a single piece for one customer, or move into production once it is proven.

  4. 4

    We certify it for you

We certify the finished product against the specification we agreed. Tell us the standard or test it must meet and we confirm that before manufacture.

03

Designers and support for the whole brief

The people on a bespoke request are product designers and support staff with expertise in IT infrastructure, hardware and electronics. They can take a specification that sits outside the published portfolio.

Product designers

People who turn a customer specification into a design a factory can build, across IT infrastructure hardware and electronics.

Support alongside the design

The same team stays with the request, so the specification, the manufacturer pack and the certification stay aligned.

Infrastructure and electronics

Experience across cabling, rack and power hardware, security devices and the electronics around them.

04

Send the specification

Tell us what you need made, whether it is one unit or a production quantity, and the standard it has to meet. The form is sent to the Hyperspan sales mailbox.
