Hyperspan XR external-grade copper was designed as simple point-to-point channels from the control room to camera poles and ANPR gates, with PoE validated under peak night load and outdoor jacket ratings matched to exposed routes.
Fewer powered mid-points, cleaner maintenance access, and stable Gigabit/PoE at the edge — without redesigning the security VLAN architecture.
